Four years have passed since the release of the White House’s Cloud First strategy. While many agencies still face technical and cultural barriers to further adoption, cloud computing technologies have evolved to include newer and more flexible methods of deployment. To better understand the lessons learned from federal cloud adoption efforts and to determine how agencies can more effectively utilize cloud going forward, the Government Business Council (GBC) undertook an in-depth research study.
